Hi, my name's Nick Dore, owner, course creator, and trainer for Hygienie Ltd.
I run Hygienie Limited with my wife Michelle. We're a Highfield approved training centre, providing Level 2 to 4 safety courses to the hospitality industry.
We’re currently working with a major restaurant brand delivering our unique Level Three Food Safety and Health and Safety courses. And we're seeking a small number of additional clients to provide bespoke training solutions.
As a full-time employee, and more recently an independent consultant, I have worked with major brands, some of which are shown above.
I draw on this experience when explaining course concepts, ensuring the 'theory' is always related to real life.
I've taught myself animation and video editing skills. This means course concepts are presented in a way that's easy to understand and remember.
Over 2,000 students have taken my food safety courses on the Udemy platform. And I'd like to think my videos have improved since those early attempts.
I continue working as an independent contractor for NSF and Safer Food Scores ensuring my knowledge is continually updated in line with current legislation.
