Of the major brands I train, some opt for half-day, some a full day, others two or three day courses.
So, I've provided you with all these options to suit your business needs.
Many large brands opt for an internal qualification. The law requires all food handlers to be trained to a level commensurate with their workplace activities.
A non-accredited course and qualification therefore meets this legal requirement. The exam can be taken electronically, a certificate can be generated automatically, and all results are e-mailed to you the same day.
Alternatively, for classroom courses, hard copy exam papers can be provided.
Highfield accredited examinations are usually completed on hard copy papers, although online options are also available.
Did you know you can run the exams yourself? By providing an invigilator and suitable exam conditions, training can be completed online or live streaming and the exam taken on a separate date. As ever, please get in touch for more details.
