- Any combination of classroom, live streaming, and static e-learning.
- Level Three food safety and health and safety courses are avaialble over three days, two days, one day, or half a day.
- Level Three allergens is a one day course.
- Half day and one day courses are only available via Zoom or Teams.
Prices:
Zoom/Teams = £500 per day
Classroom courses (venue provided by client) = £750 per day
Highfield exams = Additional £35 per candidate.
Level Four Food Safety
Level Four food safety can be provided via Zoom/Teams or in a classroom over four days.
The exam can also be taken online through Highfield's remote invigillation at a time to suit the candidate.
Prices:
Zoom/Teams = £500 per day
Classroom courses (venue provided by client) = £750 per day
Highfield exams = Additional £50 per candidate.
Additional courses developed on request
We recently developed a short course to allow a client's managers to complete their own fire risk assessment reviews.
Our client, a major restaurant operator, worked with their home authority to produce a template for these reviews. The course guides delegates through their Fire Risk Assessments and the Review form.
Cost of course development = Approximately £300 per day.
